With over 22 years of industry experience, ADMICU has built complete quality system that covers raw material production, incoming material control, product design, precision manufacturing, production integration control, experimental verification, and 100% testing before shipment. We have 11 professional designers and more than 30 fully automated production lines, equipped with industry-leading automated assembly, testing and packaging equipment to ensure efficient and stable production of products.
Laboratory Test
Each product undergoes rigorous testing through multiple equipment in our laboratory, including pressure testing, CCD inspection, fluke testing, drag chain testing, swing testing, high and low temperature testing, vibration resistance testing, air tightness testing, salt spray testing, thermal shock testing, insertion and withdrawal force testing and combustion testing, etc.

There are 30 fully automated production lines
Advanced imported Twisting Frame Breaker and Extruder equipment is employed to ensure exceptionally stable lay pitch in our cables, which remains consistent and is not prone to variation over time.
Utilizing imported foaming machinery, the dielectric constant of the cable insulation maintains superior stability during continuous flexing in cable carrier applications, preventing performance degradation.
We have completely mastered the design technologies for electrical performance, mechanical structure, environmental protection, and shielding structure.

Eight Workshops
Our production facility spans 11,000 square meters and features eight specialized Workshops:
Stamping Workshop,Lathe Workshop,Wire Extrusion Workshop,Injection Molding Workshop,Mold Workshop,Automation Workshop, Forming Workshop,and Assembly Workshop.
Quality Control Guarantee
1.During the production process, we will conduct the first piece inspection, IPQC inspection a 100% electrical test. and FQC sampling inspection
2.The raw materials undergo tests for drag chain, torsion and aging.
3.Connector is subjected to insertion and extraction, salt spray test, and lifespan test.
Shielded Ethernet Cable Manufacturing Process
The automatic cutting machine completes the wire cutting according to the length specified in the drawing.
Removal of the outer jacket to expose conductors.
Brush cutting weaving machine trims the exposed shielding braid and foil.
Use the copper foil wrapping machine to wind the copper foil at the junction of the shield and jacket.
Use the wire straightening machine to straighten each wire.
Arranges the eight colored conductors in correct order(e.g., T568A/T568B standard).
Use scissors to trim the sorted wire to be the same length.
Insert the wire into the RJ45 T-shaped , and then insert the RJ45 outer cover.
Use jack crimping machine to crimp the RJ45 plug.
Verify that the alignment, height and spacing of the crystal heads strictly meet the standards.
Apply spot soldering at the foil wrap.
Injection mold the inner sheath.
Injection molded the PVC sheath, and fasten with screws.
Checks for proper crimp, wire order, jacket retention, and shield treatment.
Use Fluke cable tester continuity to test.
Packaging, labeling, boxing, shipping.
