Servo Drive I/O Control Cable, with IO Port Connector,DB Series and Crimp terminals ADAMICU

The Servo Drive I/O Control Cable is commonly used in industrial automation systems to connect servo drives with PLCs or controllers, enabling signal transmission and equipment control.
One end of the cable is equipped with a connector tailored to the servo drive's I/O port (e.g., DB series, MIL series, crimp terminals, etc.). The other end is customized to meet the interface requirements of PLCs or controllers (e.g., DB connectors, terminal blocks, open stripped wires, etc.), supporting CN1 or X4 interfaces. Common pin counts include 26, 44, or 50 pins, allowing for the accurate transmission of critical signals such as digital input/output signals, pulse and direction commands, encoder feedback, and enable control.

    Production Process

    1. Drawing Confirmation

Confirm the connector model, pin assignment, cable specification, cable length, terminal type and labeling requirements according to the customer’s drawing, sample or wiring definition.

    2. Cable Cutting

Cut the cable to the required length according to the order specification, and control the length tolerance to ensure batch consistency.

    3. Outer Jacket Stripping

Strip the outer jacket according to the process requirement to expose the internal multi-core wires.

    4. Wire Sorting

Sort and arrange the internal wires according to color, wire number or function definition to prepare for terminal crimping or connector assembly.

    5. Inner Wire Stripping

Strip each inner wire to the required length according to the terminal or soldering requirements.

    6. Terminal Crimping

Crimp fork terminals, pin terminals, crimp terminals or other required terminals according to the customer’s drawing.

    7. Connector Assembly

Connect the wires to the D-Sub rectangular connector according to the pin assignment. Soldering, crimping or connector assembly can be applied depending on the product structure.

    8. Housing and Locking Screw Assembly

Assemble the connector housing, locking screws and cable protection parts to improve mechanical strength and connection stability.

    9. Labeling and Number Tube Processing

Add labels, number tubes or heat-shrink tubes according to customer requirements for easier installation and maintenance.

    10. Electrical Testing

Perform continuity, short circuit, open circuit and miswiring tests to ensure correct wiring and stable signal transmission.

    11. Appearance and Dimension Inspection

Check the connector appearance, terminal crimping quality, stripping length, cable length, label position and overall assembly consistency.

    12. Packing and Shipment

After inspection, the cable assemblies are organized, bundled and packed to prevent terminal deformation or cable damage during transportation.
