High-strength copper alloy terminals: All pins (terminals) are precisely manufactured using copper alloy (such as phosphor bronze). The copper alloy not only provides excellent conductivity but also has outstanding elasticity and fatigue resistance, ensuring that the contact pressure remains stable after thousands of insertions and extractions, and preventing signal interruption due to loosening.
Gold plating treatment: The contact areas of the terminals are treated with gold plating. The gold layer effectively prevents oxidation and corrosion caused by oxygen in the air, sulfur compounds, etc., maintaining the contact interface bright and new for a long time.
