Features
High-density design: 44 contacts are integrated within a compact volume, effectively saving device space.
Screw locking: Mechanical locking is achieved through screws on both sides or at the corners, ensuring stable connection, excellent shock resistance, and vibration resistance, and preventing accidental loosening in harsh environments.
Board end installation (Board Lock): The socket (female connector) is designed to be directly welded onto the printed circuit board (PCB), serving as the fixed interface part of the device.
Industrial-grade durability: Usually, high-performance engineering plastics such as PBT are used for the casing, featuring excellent flame retardancy, high temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. The terminals are mostly gold-plated or tin-plated to ensure good conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Anti-misinsertion design: The casing usually has guiding keys or asymmetrical structures to ensure that the plug can only be inserted in the correct direction, preventing damage to the pins.
Reliable contact system: The terminals have a close contact with the pins, with low contact resistance and stable signal transmission.
Applications
Industrial automation and control equipment: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), servo drives, frequency converters, I/O modules, and the inter-board connections of human-machine interfaces (HMI).
Communication equipment: Internal modules of base stations, network equipment, and backplane connections of data switches.
Testing and measurement equipment: Internal signal and power connections of precision instruments.
Instrumentation: Test and measurement equipment, data acquisition systems, laboratory instruments
Medical equipment: Medical monitors, analytical instruments, etc., which are equipment with high reliability requirements.
Railway transportation equipment: Electronic units in train control systems.
Power system equipment: Internal connections of power protection devices and measurement and control devices.
