This is a D-SUB DP9 waterproof connector. It features a metal shell with a black plastic bezel, integrating a front riveted mounting nut + rear riveted anti-drop hook for an all-in-one reinforced structure. Paired with a one-piece molded waterproof sealing gasket, it adopts an internal 9-pin dual-row design with gold-plated pins to enhance conductivity and corrosion resistance.
It is widely used for panel mounting and signal connection in scenarios such as PLCs, servo drives, industrial PCs, and new energy equipment. It addresses key industry pain points of traditional DB connectors, including insufficient protection rating, easy loosening during installation, and weak anti-interference capability, ensuring long-term stable and reliable industrial control signal transmission even in complex working conditions with moisture, dust, and strong vibration.

Features

The pins are made by turning solid copper rods and are gold-plated, ensuring more stable signal transmission with a rated current of over 5A per pin.

The interface is processed with nickel plating, offering excellent oxidation resistance, high plug-and-unplug durability, rust resistance, and a secure, non-loosening connection.

The insulator is made of flame-retardant black PBT plastic, delivering outstanding flame resistance. The plug maintains a stable, non-loosening connection even after frequent plug-and-unplug cycles, and it can pass 24/48-hour salt spray testing.
