Custom Code Reader Cable Assembly with D-Sub, RJ45 and Terminal Block
It combines data communication, power supply, and digital I/O signal transmission into one cable, helping simplify wiring between the code reader and the control system.
One end uses an HDB 15-pin male connector for connection to the code reader. The other end integrates a DB 9-pin female connector for RS-232 communication, a DC 5.5 × 2.5 mm power connector, a Cat.6 RJ45 Ethernet connector, and a pluggable 6-pin terminal block for trigger and I/O signal connection.
This cable assembly helps reduce wiring complexity, improve installation efficiency, and ensure stable performance in industrial code reading applications.
