HRS 8 Pin Female IO Cable Assembly
One end uses an HRS 8Pin circular metal connector, while the other end features multi-core open wires. The shielded cable structure is suitable for PLC I/O modules, sensors, inspection equipment, automation devices and industrial control systems.

Production Process
1. Drawing and Sample Confirmation
Confirm the connector model, pin count, cable specification, cable length, wire color, shielding treatment and terminal processing requirements according to the customer’s drawing or sample.
2. Cable Cutting
Cut the cable to the required length and control the tolerance to ensure consistency in batch production.
3. Outer Jacket Stripping
Strip the outer jacket according to the process requirements to expose the inner wires and shielding layer.
4. Shielding Layer Processing
Arrange, fold, trim or ground the braided shield according to the wiring and shielding requirements.
5. Wire Sorting
Sort and arrange the multi-color wires according to the wiring definition to prevent wiring errors.
6. Inner Wire Stripping
Strip each inner wire to the required length for soldering, crimping or tinning.
7. Connector-End Processing
Solder or crimp the wires to the HRS 8Pin circular connector according to the pin assignment.
8. Open Wire End Processing
Process the open wire end with stripping, tinning, terminal crimping, number tubes, labels or heat-shrink tubing according to customer requirements.
9. Heat-Shrink or Molded Protection
Apply heat-shrink tubing or molded protection at the connector tail and branch position to improve strain relief and durability.
10. Electrical Testing
Perform continuity, short circuit, open circuit and miswiring tests to ensure accurate pin assignment and stable signal transmission.
11. Appearance and Dimension Inspection
Check connector appearance, cable length, stripping length, terminal condition, label position, heat-shrink quality and overall assembly consistency.
12. Packing and Shipment
After inspection, the cable assemblies are organized, bundled and packed to prevent cable or connector damage during transportation.
